Detailed knowledge and first hand experience of every aspect of property construction and development including site choice, targeting, acquisition, rezoning, design and planning, all legal matters such as regulatory approval, detailed documentation, builder choice and contracting, construction management, final product delivery and marketing, the sales and leasing process, post completion management and maintenance, investor relations, project finance and all other development related matters.
Complete understanding of every aspect of property as a long term investment with properties often acquired or created by Rezidence for value added long term investment purposes.
Proven ability to join forces with quality partners such as My Stepping Stones Childcare to create and deliver worthwhile commercial projects with a community focus, such as the childcare centre at 54B Bream Street, Coogee shown below, which was developed and opened in 2018, successfully managed and in 2024 acquired by the Australian subsidiary of a large US high-quality NYSE listed childcare group.
