Project Description

In conjunction with a major UK property holdings company, 100% of the 4,000 sqm site was amalgamated and a rezoning by Botany Bay City Council to Multi Level Residential use from a former Industrial use with much enhanced height, setback and FSR controls was achieved as a part of the new Mascot Station Precinct.

The amalgamated site was ultimately marketed and sold to a major Sydney based residential developer who was then able to take advantage of the amalgamated rezoned site to construct 100 units with an underground carpark.
