Project Description

This is an adaptable reuse of two adjacent dwelling houses to become one integrated high-quality childcare centre joined by a central pavilion.

After a thorough planning and design process (including Council pre-DA) the centre’s design includes a substantial on-site children pick-up and drop-off parking facility.

The centre was designed, built and fully fitted out in conjunction with the operator and opened on time and on budget with the support of Council and the community in 2015.

It has been successfully operated by My Stepping Stones Childcare since that time and was acquired in 2024 by the Australian subsidiary of a large US high-quality NYSE listed childcare group.
