Project Description

Two inter-war blocks of residential units were amalgamated into a rare Double Bay site with a quadruple-fronted presentation to this tree-lined street a very short level walk from cafes, restaurants and other local attractions.

The approach was simple. Present six luxury whole floor brand new north-facing units to the market designed by an acclaimed local architect and built by a high-quality local building group.  The market was local empty-nesters.

The well-planned design was approved by Council and we were invited to be a part of the development team by our partner, who was a proven local developer having successfully developed luxury dwellings over many years in the vicinity.

Together the partnership appointed a high-quality local building company ABP. The project was completed on time and on budget to the specified high level of quality. It was well received by the market despite trying market conditions at the time with all six units successfully sold in price ranges $3-$4.5 million each.

Construction and sales were completed in 2012.
